My life out loud.

And we’re baaaaaaaaaaaaack

We’re back from Woodleaf and we’re both sick. It was an interesting week as always. We almost sent two kids home the third morning for sneaking out and into girls cabins in the middle of the night. I’ll leave out the details. Aside from that we had a great time. Jesus showed up and softened hearts and made some new friends. The Lord always has a way of breaking down so many walls, and just when you think nothing is getting through, BREAKTHROUGH. We had numerous kids stand up at the end of the week for the “say so” (Psalm 107:2). A public declaration of their new found relationship with Jesus. It was awesome to see Jesus transform the lives of black, white, Mexican, and Asian kids. We also had a group of special needs friends with us who were not immune to the love of Jesus. The Lord moved in mighty ways amongst all groups.

The week ended with changed lives. I love this ministry. I am wired to love people and tell them of the love of Jesus. I am learning that can happen in many “ministry” settings.

I love Jesus and I love Woodleaf.
